Empower Hawaii Leadership Program
The Empower Hawai‘i Leadership Program cultivates the next generation of community-centered leaders through experiential learning, mentorship, and collaboration. Rooted in Hawai‘i’s values of kuleana (responsibility), aloha (respect), and laulima (cooperation), the program equips emerging leaders with the tools to navigate complex challenges while strengthening their connection to culture and community.
Pathways to Adulthood
The Pathways to Adulthood Program supports young people in Hawai‘i as they navigate the transition from adolescence to adulthood with confidence, purpose, and resilience. Designed for ages 16–24, the program combines mentorship, life skills training, and career and college preparation to help participants define their goals and take meaningful next steps.
